Our Vision:I.M.P.A.C.T. will provide the highest quality community-based residential and behavioral health services to people with complex needs through innovative person-centered services, and natural supports.
What is IMPACT?I.M.P.A.C.T. is a private, not-for-profit organization that was started in 1978. The Agency provides specialized residential care, day program activities, and community-based support services to individuals who experience complex medical, psychological, developmental, and behavioral disabilities. The Agency serves the needs of people throughout the St. Clair County region. The Agency currently operates eight 6-bed residential facilities. All placements are authorized by St. Clair County Community Mental Health. I.M.P.A.C.T. is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors
